The property is self-sufficient in solar energy. There are currently 8 panels, which can be increased to 14. The entire area is dual voltage (127/220V).

Solar energy

The installation consists of:
– 8 x 575W solar panels => 4.6kW
– On-grid inverter: 5kW
– The system injects energy into the electrical grid (in the summer you save credit for the winter)

Electrical installation / computer network

– Entire area: dual voltage => 127/220V
– Several rooms are equipped with wired network connections (RJ45 – Cat5/Cat6),
so you can utilize the maximum speed of the ‘Raimax’ optical network (1Gb/s).
